Donations For Fergus Food Shelf

Due to concerns about the effects of COVID-19 on their clients and volunteers, the Fergus Falls Community Food Shelf Board of Directors reluctantly voted to cease operations.

Effective March 18, 2020, the City of Fergus Falls is assuming food distribution, offering staff time and infrastructure to continue serving the community for the foreseeable future.

The City staff and volunteers will be working out of the Community Food Shelf building at 1512 N. 1st Avenue, Fergus Falls on Monday-Wednesday-Friday from 1:00-4:00 PM.

We estimate a need to raise $10,000 each month to keep the food shelf fully stocked and open.

Donations may be made directly to the Community Food Shelf.

UPDATE:
Fergus Falls is a truly compassionate community! Federated
Church is currently in receipt of over $50,000 in
donations to the Community Food Shelf. This amount will
support the City of Fergus Falls’ operations at the Food
Shelf for the next four months. Donations are still being
accepted, but we encourage you to support other service,
arts, and religious organizations in Fergus Falls that
need your help! Thank you for your generosity.
